The Franchise Sales Coordinator will support the franchise development team by managing and coordinating various aspects of the franchise sales process. This includes handling inquiries, processing applications, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication between potential franchisees and the company.

What You’ll Do:

      • A high-impact role on our Franchise Sales team
Lead Qualification and Screening:
      • Review incoming leads to assess their suitability and alignment with franchise criteria and model
      • Work with Account Executives (AE) to oversee initial screenings and qualification calls with prospective franchisees to gather essential information and assess their interest and qualifications
Franchise Sales Support:
      • Provide support by facilitating communication and coordination between leads and AE
      • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, Discovery Days and follow-up activities to move leads through the sales pipeline efficiently
Lead Flow Analysis and Reporting:
      • Own and maintain reports and dashboards to track lead flow metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and lead sources
      • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and status updates in CRM systems for reporting and follow-up purposes
      • Analyze lead data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and optimization
      • Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead flow performance for management and stakeholders
Market Research:
      • Conduct research on potential markets and competitors
      • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
      • Assist in defining and mapping territories using our GIS (Geographic Information System)
Contract Management and Compliance:
    • Maintain and manage lead files through execution, ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations, including timely flagging of renewals, riders, and amendments
    • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to address contractual issues promptly by ensuring accurate and accessible documentation
    • Manage and update internal term sheets for partners and franchisees
    • Ensure all commercial terms are accurately reflected in the system and kept current

What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred
    • At least 1 year of previously supporting a fast-paced Sales team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
