Reporting to the VP, Foodservice & On Premise for the U.S., our Food Service Sales Manager will represent us across the U.S. This position focuses on making an impact in small and medium size foodservice and on premise outlets. The position will require building amazing relationships with proactive & responsive communication. Our fast-turning product is distributed through a range of different grocery stores, but there is a significant opportunity to grow our business in the FSOP Channel.

In this role you’ll have to prioritize your time to focus on the highest impact areas, while working with and inspiring our distribution partners and third-party sales resources in the region to deliver a whole greater than the sum of its parts. You’ll be opening new doors, but you’ll also be building on high velocities we are already seeing in the market.   • Conduct daily calls and emails to a high volume of accounts and pinpoint opportunities for OLIPOP availability. Occasionally, it will require participation in trade shows where you will gather a list of leads for additional availability opportunities.  You will be responsible for delivering upon monthly cold calls and forecasted volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives in the channel.
  •  Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and retailers across the U.S..
  •  Track and make progress towards product availability goals across individual, small and medium size restaurants and on premise outlets.
  •  Be knowledgeable and apply proper use of Equipment, Samples & P.O.S. material. Follow through on all commitments made to customer, distributor management, sales personnel, and the trade.
  •  Assist our centers of excellence in customer reporting, forecasting, customer onboarding.
  •  Manage retailers by sharing category data, sharing new product launches and other types of retail programs.
  •  Gain additional placement within accounts, including secondary points of purchase and cooler placement.
  • Collaborate with field-marketing teams to learn preferred methods of distribution and local market insights.
  • Occasional travel required for company meetings and trade shows.
  • This role is an individual contributor and will not have direct reports.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  •  Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  •  Clean driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
  • Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
