As the Manager, FP&A, you will report directly to the Director, FP&A. You will support Axon’s annual budget process and corporate planning system as well as partner with our SG&A functions to drive efficiencies and improve financial performance.

What You’ll Do
- Support the annual budget process and other key inputs driving the corporate forecast model
- Partner with leaders across the organization to refine strategic outlooks and support funding requests
- Assist in developing standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across functions
- Leverage technology to drive efficiencies across the finance and accounting functions
- Provide insightful real-time information to business partners to ensure delivery of EBITDA goals
- Perform periodic monthly budget vs actual analysis and educate functional owners on their financial performance
- Support the company’s Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes to ensure there are no financial surprises and adequate controls exist
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards
- Help drive cost reduction, headcount, and budget reviews to ensure alignment to the company plan
- Assist with developing C-Team presentations
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in a dynamic environment, supporting both financial and operational decision makers
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team
- Proven track record of owning projects and driving their completion cross-functionally
- Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiency
- Ability to work independently with concern for quality and deadlines
- Data analysis and forecasting experience
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial business leaders
- Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 91,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 163,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 112,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 200,000 in the highest geographic market.
