A Finance Operations Analyst who will efficiently resolve issues from our owners (via our Owner Experience team) about their monthly statements/payouts, and work cross-functionally to make improvements that will prevent the same issues from reoccurring.

What you’ll do

  • Quickly and accurately resolve owner statement/payment issues that are submitted through our various systems
  • Work with other Finance teams and external teams to drive process and system improvements that will avoid the same issues from reoccurring
  • Support our monthly homeowner distribution statement process by auditing/reviewing transactions and statements, and creating review files
  • Manage or support concurrent projects end-to-end while continuously performing triage on priorities
  • Use financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets
  • Leverage information across our CRM, internal systems, dashboards, and data models to review contracts, invoices, payments, and resolve various issues raised by cross functional teams
  • Evaluate and improve data quality, completeness, compliance, and cleanliness in Salesforce and other systems

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Systems, or a related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in an Finance, Accounting, or Operations role
  • You have a very strong attention to detail
  • You work quickly and accurately
  • You have a strong business acumen and know that problem-solving goes beyond the numbers
  • You are a self-starter and have a bias for action without the need of constant supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively define and resolve problems that balance multiple needs and interests.
  • Excellent communication and people skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing responsibilities as well as ad hoc ones
  • Desire to work in a high-growth, fast-changing environment where processes, procedures, and systems are constantly evolving
