We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product Officer.  This role calls for an organized, process-driven, problem solver. You will be a strategic partner to your executive, you understand the business and can operate as an independent thought partner. Yes, part of your job includes managing a calendar but in doing so, you are protecting your executive’s time and allowing them to focus their energy on the right things. You understand the value you can add to your executive’s day and are continually looking for ways to improve it.


What you’ll do:

  • Make recommendations for your executive with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization
  • Build and maintain administrative systems and processes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Provide proactive calendar support for your executive for both internal and external meetings
  • Provide ad hoc travel and administrative support for a second executive
  • Serve as an extension of the executive by taking on miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities so they can refocus on other areas as necessary (i.e.coordinating deliverables of reports or high-importance projects)


What we look for:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting a founder
  • Creative problem-solving and the ability to see the big picture
  • Strong attention to detail, good writing abilities, clear communicator, incredibly organized, and able to balance multiple requests
  • Experience in a tech/startup environment, someone who is comfortable with change (we are growing 4x year over year!)
  • Proficient in GSuite, Slack, Notion or equivalent tools
  • Eastern Time Zone preferred
