We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Field Events Manager to join our expanding events team and support the planning and execution of our comprehensive events plan for 2024. As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of various events, including field activations, industry trade show sponsorships, and thought leadership conferences at Monte Carlo.


Here’s what you’ll be doing

  • Support execution of a robust demand generation plan for marketing events incorporating multiple in-person and online tactics to reach key audiences including, but not limited to, trade show sponsorships, field events, virtual events, thought leadership conferences, roundtables, hospitality, etc.
  • Own events end-to-end, including operations, logistics, promotion, budgeting, staffing and enablement, content, and post-event reporting.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and partners to drive meetings and deal acceleration through event activations.
  • Work closely with the marketing campaigns & content marketing teams to ensure the messaging and positioning of Monte Carlo are aligned with the wider company’s Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Reporting & KPI tracking on a per-event, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Direct all aspects of major trade show presence, including physical booth build, signage, decor, and brand activations (layout, structure, branding, electrical, internet, AV, production, etc.)
  • Coordinate on-site operations and lead on-site event teams by positive example to engage attendees and maximize interaction.
  • Prepare and enable onsite staff on expectations and operations pre-event.
  • Develop and support the adoption of best practices for pre-event promotion, excellence in on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support lead upload and handoff to our sales development and demand team. Experience with Hubspot is a plus!
