This role will assist the Sales team with closing deals by explaining Pulley product from the perspective of an equity expert. This role will also represent Pulley at trade events and conferences to broaden Pulley’s reach to equity professionals. The right person deeply aligns with Pulley’s culture and understands the company goals.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Transfer knowledge of equity management at mid and late stage companies to the product team to inform product roadmap
  • Audit the existing Pulley platform to suggest improvements that will tailor Pulley’s offering towards mid and late stage companies
  • Join sales calls to explain and pitch Pulley product from the perspective of an equity expert
  • Join Quarterly Business Review to retain large accounts and understand user needs
  • Represent Pulley at trade events and conferences (e.g. NASPP)

🙌 Qualifications

  • 5 years of Stock plan administration experience at private and public companies
  • Experience working with tax advisors and external legal counsel to administer equity plan for U.S. and international employees (ISOs, NSOs, RSUs)
  • Experience administering tender offers and / or liquidity programs
  • Experience with the IPO process: SEC regulations, financial reporting, broker dealer connectivity, etc
  • Experience working with GAAP financial preparations and auditing

Annual Salary Range: $100k – $180k USD
