We’re seeking a Director, Strategy, Operations and Integration to strengthen the connective workflows, enablement routines, and execution rhythms behind our partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic planning efforts. In this role, you will lead the operational backbone of our M&A and Business Development functions, while also supporting the company’s strategic planning cycles and leading post-acquisition integration execution and capability development.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in strategy and business operations, with deep familiarity with BD/CD lifecycle processes, and the ability to lead and evolve a structured M&A integration function that drives both execution and value creation. Structured thinking, operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex initiatives from idea to execution represent table stakes for this role. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys balancing systems thinking with hands-on execution.

The US-based salary range for this position is $176,500 to $259,500. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

Corporate/Business Development Operations

  • Build scalable systems, processes and deliverables to support efficient and repeatable execution across the full deal lifecycle – from pipeline tracking and prioritization, through deal assessment, closing, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
  • Partner with Product, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and other functions to align assessment and execution efforts across the acquisition/partnership lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage post-close performance tracking, including synergy realization, KPI monitoring, and dashboard-based reporting.

M&A Integration

  • Translate deal rationale into actionable workstreams and integration priorities, coordinating efforts across Product, People, Finance, GTM,  Legal, and other teams.
  • Monitor progress, surface blockers, and communicate risks and outcomes to leadership.
  • Codify integration patterns, playbooks, working norms, and retrospective learnings to support future acquisitions and evolve our PMI capability.

Strategic Planning & Business Operations

  • Support company-wide strategy planning, budgeting and long-range forecasting to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives, operating plans and corporate objectives/priorities.
  • Develop performance management and lookback structures to measure success and identify opportunities for course correction.
  • Conduct opportunity sizing, business case development, market research, financial analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform corporate investment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and the leadership team to ensure that inorganic growth initiatives are integrated into broader portfolio strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of combined experience in M&A integration, corporate/business development operations, and corporate strategy/planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-moving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven success in building fit-for-purpose, scalable operational systems to support inorganic growth.
  • Track record of leading post-merger integration planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with how deals get done – across partnerships and M&A.
  • Experience in tech – ideally mobile apps, SaaS, and/or Ad Tech.
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy preferred.
