Litify is hiring a Director, Law Firm Sales to manage our core sales team, command and grow our sales process, and lead the team to deliver on ambitious sales targets. This role will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and mentoring a team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment with experience creating strong relationships with internal Litify team members and external prospects and customers and a demonstrated track record of sales success.
This role will report to our SVP, Sales.
In this role, you will:
- Manage, lead, and develop a distributed team of Account Executives of all levels across several segments
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting, pipeline generation, and activity metrics
- Position the team to grow successfully beyond the immediate targets
- Create and drive a culture of high performance and accountability
To be successful, you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role and 10+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong understanding of legal industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape
- Flexibility to travel <25%
Disclosure:
The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $175,000. You may also be offered a bonus/commission and benefits.
