Reporting to the VP of Product and Content Marketing, you will be responsible for partnering with sales, marketing, and product leadership to define and execute Brex’s GTM strategy. The ideal candidate has experience positioning complex software to technical buyers across verticals and can distill products and platform capabilities into solutions with tangible ROI. You will:

  • Collaborate with Brex leadership to develop a POV & narrative and that establishes Brex as a thought leader in B2B financial software
  • Build and lead a team of world-class product marketers with a strong ownership mindset & ability to execute
  • Define and execute Brex’s upmarket GTM strategy and launch new platform capabilities to drive customer acquisition across strategic accounts & industry verticals
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to continuously optimize customer acquisition costs and sales team efficiency
  • Develop scalable expansion and implementation strategy that enables Customer Success to drive widespread Brex platform adoption
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects
  • Drive competitive intelligence & analyst relations programs that influence market perception and enterprise buying criteria

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a product marketing role focused on B2B software
  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives across audiences
  • Player-coach and ownership mindset, with experience operating in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • High aptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritization
  • Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic Product and GTM stakeholders

Bonus points

  • MBA or BS in computer science, engineering, or related STEM field
  • Strong background in sales enablement, with an emphasis on technical pre-sales
  • Experience in high growth startups and Financial Software and Services

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $220,000 – $245,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
