Lob is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and manage our Revenue Operations team while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. This is a highly cross-functional role that will focus on developing and implementing robust sales and marketing operational strategies, while working with closely with leadership to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term operational planning.

As the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll…

  • Manage and refine the sales forecasting and pipeline management processes for accuracy and predictability
  • Lead the development and implementation of effective compensation and incentive programs
  • Evaluate and optimize our GTM tech stack, ensuring tools and systems are optimized for efficiency and scalability
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by providing insightful analytics and reporting across the entire GTM funnel
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, and lead the design and implementation of new operational processes
  • Facilitate communication between all revenue-generating teams, implement new tools, and improve revenue goals

What will you bring to this role…

  • 5-8+ years of experience in leading integrated revenue operations teams (sales operations, customer success operations, and marketing operations), within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Experience in scaling GTM operations in a fast-paced environment at mid-stage or late-stage growth companies
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success operations
  • Extensive experience with GTM tech stack
  • Experience leading forums to turn data-driven insights into measurable actions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and make decisions

 

Compensation Information

This position is structured to receive a base salary + variable + Restricted Stock Units

CA/NYC Tier
Base Salary: $195,000.00 – $217,500.00
Variable: $47,500.00 – $52,500.00

US Tier 
Base Salary: $185,000.00 – $205,000.00
Variable: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00
