Bobbie is looking to add a Director of Planning and S&OP to our Supply Chain team. We are on a rocket ship to growth and with that comes interesting challenges in planning and delivering products to consumers. This person will lead the planning function for the business and oversee day to day orders and distribution operations.

The role is a leader in the organization and will be well supported by the engaged executive suite in place today. This position reports directly to the VP, Supply Chain. Please note there is a strong preference for candidates who are on the Central or Eastern time zone.

What you will accomplish: 

  • Create and manage S&OP overhaul with supply chain and finance teams.
  • Lead the planning team, building out processes to be best in class.
  • Manage the planning team, including both direct and indirect reports.
  • Lead S&OP planning processes and meetings.
  • Engage with the sales team and be familiar with our long range planning.
  • Directly influence and guide long range planning processes and continue to run the evolved S&OP function in the business.
  • Play a role in guiding our operations and purchasing functions to ensure supply chain department alignment with broader company planning.

What we would like you to have: 

  • 8+ years experience required.
  • Food, beverage, supplement or pharmaceutical industry experience required.
  • Strong planning acumen and understanding of financial elements of supply chain.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership.
  • Clear communicator that can distill complex topics into digestible messaging.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation 

Our salaries are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. For fully remote roles, we have a single salary target per role that is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C).

  • Group A (SF/Bay Area, Seattle, NYC): $195,000
  • Group B (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, San Diego, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Portland, Washington DC): $175,500
  • Group C (All remaining cities): $165,750
