We are looking for a talented Director of Growth Marketing to join our marketing team. The growth marketer will be a critical leader and people manager across various functions. In this role, you will help design marketing strategy, build and maintain our marketing funnels, level-up our analytics, and optimize our programs with a focus on implementing and aligning processes across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

We embrace creativity, experimentation, and learning from our failures. This role will report directly to our VP of Marketing and will be our first director marketing hire.


  • Lead our existing campaign team that includes growth, content and field marketing
  • Brainstorming growth-hacking ideas, and bringing them to fruition
  • Managing paid and organic acquisition channels
  • Understanding, advocating, and optimizing for our customer behavior and purchasing patterns
  • Launching experiments and providing insights to test different channels and iterate accordingly
  • Building and owning our referral and developer influencer programs with affiliate partners
  • Operationalizing our Free Trial offering targeted toward trialing customers
  • Enforcing our brand strategy in the execution of integrated campaigns
  • Working closely with RevOps teammates to monitor detailed campaign data against KPIs
  • Partnering with sales to continuously analyze and optimize the MQL-to-SQL handoff interface
  • Growing our ABM strategy in tandem with sales to ensure operational success
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and communicating marketing performance data
  • Knowing the right metrics to consider in any situation, including: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement/reach, email open rates, click rates, customer retention rates, churn, and more.


  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise B2B SaaS technology in a growth role
  • Experience in holistic growth planning – research, forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated mastery of multiple channels of paid and organic marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation across acquisition and retention
  • Preference for experience with developers and developer marketing


  • Bachelor’s degree — or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of professional work experience in growth/demand generation marketing
  • Demonstrated background in building scalable marketing programs from scratch in startup environments
