The Audience Management Director will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our audience targeting and persona development initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong analytical mindset and deep expertise in leveraging advanced technology to drive impactful marketing outcomes.
The Main Responsibilities
Targeting and Persona Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive audience targeting and persona strategy to optimize marketing efforts across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align targeting strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Proactively identify emerging market trends and customer behaviors, translating them into actionable insights that drive competitive advantage and innovation.
Strategic Utilization of Adobe CDP and Advanced Toolsets:
- Implement a cohesive strategy leveraging Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) and supplementary Adobe tools to refine and optimize audience segmentation frameworks.
- Drive advanced data-driven methodologies to bolster audience profiling, ensuring precision and alignment with overarching organizational goals.
- Champion experimentation and testing initiatives, such as A/B testing, to derive actionable insights and enhance audience engagement and conversion metrics.
Modeling Capabilities and Account Prioritization:
- Design and deploy sophisticated predictive models, empowering the organization to prioritize high-value accounts with laser focus.
- Leverage machine learning and predictive analytics to inform strategic decision-making and continuously refine targeting efforts.
- Establish a robust feedback loop to evaluate model performance and ensure alignment with overarching strategic goals.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead a team of audience management professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to drive their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of audience management initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Adobe tools, including Adobe CDP.
- Expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating complex data sets.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in audience management, customer targeting, data analysis, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful audience targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the technology industry
- Data engineering experience
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
