We’re looking for a brilliant marketer with a strong perspective and point of view to define, build, and guide our content marketing strategy. This high-impact, highly creative role will set the tone for what content marketing looks like and sounds like here at Cube.
This function has lots of mouths to feed. Not only will you be responsible for pipeline-generating content, but you’ll also partner with various GTM functions to develop materials for each stage of the customer journey. Plus, you’ll be that person folks turn to when they need some creative pizazz added to their projects. Think: Employer brand. You’ll oversee a lot. Everything from top-of-funnel resources to strategic messaging guides will be in your purview. But don’t worry, you won’t be alone! We have a superstar content marketer who’s been doubling down on SEO, top-notch contractors, and blog writers, as well as additional hires in the queue. We’re investing heavily in our story, and there’s endless opportunity to make an impact and grow.

What you’ll do

      • Hire, build, scale, and lead a content marketing team
      • Define (and continuously refine) the Cube point-of-view for positioning in the market, including our brand voice, partnering with fellow Cubers to bring our brand to life
      • Dream up (and level up) content campaigns
      • Create a wide range of assets… the whole shebang!
      • Strategically lead:
Editorial plan/calendar to meet brand awareness and pipeline goals
Development of the Cube voice and tone
Thought leadership collateral
Track competitive messages to influence content strategy

Relevant Experience and Skills:

    • 5-8 years of SaaS marketing experience
    • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
    • A talent for identifying, communicating, and delivering value
    • Deep understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • The ability to articulate messages to an SME audience, as well as to enterprise
    • Editorial mindset
    • A strong record of creating unique, original content
    • Comfortable with design tools like Figma; marketing software like HubSpot
    • Desire to learn the technical side of our product and FP&A best practices
    • Experience with analyst relations is a plus
The base salary range for this role is: $ 163,893 – $239,477USD
