We are looking for an experienced marketing technologist and leader to join our growing team that will specialize in the  important collaboration and relationship between the Marketing and Technology teams. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Technology and Operations, you will build and collaborate on the definition, delivery, review and acceptance of  our customer-focused martech stack and help us evolve our customer data, content, decisioning platforms, and engagement services. You will be in charge of leading architectural and technical discussions, as well as providing technical guidance to peers and other leaders. Relationship building and collaboration are key skills for success in this role. You will also establish a team of highly technical individuals specializing in martech, including front-end development and data operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Specialize in the collaboration and relationship between Marketing and Technology teams to help bring to life an evolved martech stack that helps realize our strategic vision
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations to build the marketing technology roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented, and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department
  • Refine and implement a comprehensive marketing technology architecture that supports ezCater’s dual sided marketplace
  • Ensure the smooth integration of our marketing technology stack with the rest of our infrastructure and third-party solutions
  • Evolve the architecture of our marketing-owned web experience, ensuring end-user friendliness and enhanced testing and analytics
  • Perform data privacy and compliance reviews and technical reviews of marketing technology products
  • Hire, manage, motivate and coach highly technical roles within the Marketing Tech and Ops team

What You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in developing MarTech Stacks, audience data management, and integrating with multiple engagement channels like Web, Email, SMS, Mobile and Ads
  • Proven track record of successful implementation and operation of Customer Data Platforms and strong technical understanding of customer centric data models, identity resolution, data enrichment, and metadata management
  • Experience building the infrastructure for successful marketing web content management and landing pages, including personalization, testing and optimization (enterprise Google Analytics implementation experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent strong experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology architecture, including MarTech and AI/ML capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

 

The national cash compensation range for this role is $173,000-$244,000 annually*
