The GTM FP&A team is the partner to Attentive’s GTM organization, supporting our Sales, Client Strategy, and Marketing functions in all aspects of financial planning and reporting. The Director, GTM FP&A will serve as a key member of the FP&A leadership team, reporting to the VP, FP&A. This individual will be the primary finance partner to Attentive’s CRO and CMO. This position requires the ability to ensure fiscal rigor – guiding the business to both short-term and long-term financial goals. You need to provide strategic decision support through financial analysis to ensure the appropriate return on our GTM investment. This role will also work cross-functionally within Finance, bringing the right experts and teams together to maximize the impact the Finance Organization has on GTM strategy and operations.

About You
- Experience Matters: With 8-10+ years of FP&A experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge from high-growth software/SaaS environments. Sales or Marketing Finance experience? That’s a bonus!
- Financial Expertise: You boast a strong understanding of financial concepts, P&L mechanics, and GTM benchmark frameworks. Your proficiency in CAC, CLV, and payback periods sets you apart.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Your analytical prowess is matched only by your creativity. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a given, and experience with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or Looker? Even better!

For US based applicants:
– The standard base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $210,000 annually.
– This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
