This director will work with marketing, product, sales, revops and other teams to drive experimentation that leads to new revenue. The right person will be a creative, inquisitive self-starter who is able to negotiate internally and externally to drive pipeline growth. They will be able to lead from all directions on the team, regardless of title or action.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement A/B tests, pilots and other outcomes-based metrics to rapidly validate your ideas, working with data and revops to validate these findings
  • Collaborate with other marketers to create compelling, conversion-focused marketing assets that engage and inspire our audience–and include potential to scale
  • Prioritize digital innovation ideas by financial impact and work with the appropriate teams to demonstrate expected results ahead of deeper program builds
  • Creatively come up with new growth opportunities and explore unconventional ways to grow top of the funnel, including but not limited to, trying new channels and buying motions.
  • Communicate across teams so that others are aware of experimentations in progress, and alert others to potential impact of new pilots.
  • Continuously churn out new pipeline-generating ideas and marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a closely related field
  • 4+ years of experience on high-output marketing teams and 2+ years managing others (ideally SDR management)
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other growth-focused tactics
  • Ability to rapidly define, present and execute a business case for innovations that work
  • An understanding of building and executing pilots that drive pipeline and that scale
  • History of working with sales and marketing leadership on overall business strategies
  • Experience managing OKRs, budgets, reports, and dashboards
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make trade-off decisions
  • Knowledge of key software programs like LeanData, 6sense, Outreach, WordPress, Hubspot, Unbounce, and others as defined
  • Some travel may be required
