As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • You’ll be involved in planning and developing creative marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Display Advertising and E-Mail-Marketing) to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal and external group stakeholders understanding consumer (behaviour) trends and defining unique value propositions with a customer-centric approach.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Mange the SEO strategy by working with content and technical teams to improve organic search performance and visibility.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to create engaging and localized marketing materials tailored to the sports-betting interested audience.
  • Leverage data analytics and insights to drive campaign optimization, conversion rate improvements and personalization strategies.
  • Establish strong working relationships with teams across DAZN & DAZN Bet to identify new revenue streams and opportunities to improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyse and monitor business/market trends to define new growth opportunities in alignment with senior management.

You’ll have:

  • Experienced professional with minimum 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing – preferably within the sports-entertainment or gaming/betting industry.
  • Proven experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Media with strong understanding of consumer/sports-fan behaviour.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Someone with passion for sport, in particular football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports.
  • Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail.
  • Smart, creative and bold, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical individual to evaluate marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of operating in gambling-regulated markets is beneficial: local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions and marketing possibilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills in English language. German is a plus.
