As our Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and launching B2B campaigns across the full customer journey. Owning the execution and optimization of personalized lead generation and ABM programs, you’ll be a key member of the revenue marketing team and will actively inform the demand generation strategy with data and findings. This role includes management of paid media, social, email, website optimizations, and webinars that contribute to acquiring, engaging, and retaining the growing number of enterprise businesses turning to Human API for health information needs.

What you’ll do

    • Launch segmented, personalized Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
    • Create lead magnets for use across key channels: web, social, email
    • Build a regular cadence of blog posts with embedded lead magnets
    • Conduct Search Engine Optimization (SEO) research and optimize the website
    • Automate targeted email marketing campaigns in HubSpot to prospects and customers
    • Amplify content across social media and search platforms
    • Support production of webinars and events
    • Launch and optimize ad campaigns in paid social and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Collaborate with other functional groups (Product Marketing and Sales) to support demand generation goals
    • Report out campaign performance against set KPIs; monitoring the lead pulse

About you

    • 3+ years in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing or similar roles
    • A proven track record in a growth marketing role at an early-stage company
    • Experience with campaign execution and measurement (MQL, SQL, CPL/CPA, etc.)
    • Fluency in demand gen tools, such as Hubspot or Marketo, Salesforce, Google Suite
    • Some experience in paid advertising (LinkedIn, PPC, SEM)
    • Clear, concise, and engaging written and oral communication skills
    • Detail oriented, meticulous record-keeping, and highly organized
    • Ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
    • Flexible and can adapt to fast moving, agile team
    • Exceptional collaboration skills and a real desire to influence growth
