We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts with a focus on both paid and organic strategies. This role is crucial for driving pipeline growth, maximizing ROI on marketing investments, and effectively managing campaigns from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid campaigns with purpose: Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and explore new channels that suit our ICP. You’ll ensure every dollar is working hard, driving qualified leads and optimizing ROI. You can work well managing internal and external (vendors) to drive results.
- Own all channel distribution: We have the team to build out the content, events, and product strategy, you will be the person to select the channels to get it all noticed! You know how to get noticed by search engines and humans alike, can read the data to determine best channels to push investment into, and you’re not afraid to jump in where necessary to support the team (you need a dedicated landing page to optimize a paid campaign? Work with our content/SEO to write SEO-friendly copy and content.)
- End-to-End Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across all stages of the customer journey—from top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness to bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) conversions. You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver results.
- ROI obsessed: Numbers tell the real story, and you know how to read them. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of paid and organic efforts, always with an eye on how it impacts the pipeline and business growth.
- Channel-savvy: You’ve mastered the main digital marketing channels—whether it’s paid search, social, or email. You know when to go broad for awareness and when to drill deep with account-based marketing (ABM) for high-value leads.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns and organic strategies.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring ROI and pipeline impact.
- Strong content strategy and SEO skills, with the ability to write SEO-optimized content when needed.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to tailor marketing for different stages (TOFU to BOFU).
- Nice to have: Experience with experimentation and a knack for testing and learning.
