Bolt is hiring a Deal Desk Manager to support our sales organization and increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process. This is an individual contributor role, and you will primarily be responsible for managing Bolt’s deal approval processes across all sales verticals. You will also be responsible for providing analytical and process support on complex, non-standard deals, and facilitating approvals from the relevant internal decision-makers (e.g. Sales leadership, Finance, Legal). You will also proactively contribute to evolving our pricing model through, among other things: managing and improving our Salesforce processes, creating pricing templates, and building pre-approved approaches to deal structure and discounts. Finally, you will provide sales analytics and insights to our broader team: synthesizing team performance metrics into actionable insights for both our sales and executive leaders.
This position reports to our Sales Operations Manager and can be based in one of the following states: California, Utah, New York, Maryland, Texas, Maine, Washington, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Nevada


  • Oversee Bolt’s overall deal review process, including, but not limited to: pricing analysis, structure, contracting, and renewals
  • Manage and improve our pricing and contracting processes to increase deal velocity and pricing confidence
  • Track deal performance against margin targets, identifying levers for margin uplift and flagging outliers
  • Develop and refine new frameworks for evaluating a deal’s attractiveness, and ensure alignment between these frameworks and the Bolt’s long-term strategy
  • Ensure data accuracy and uphold data hygiene in Salesforce, supporting data management initiatives that ensure data quality
  • Develop reporting/analytics that uncover key performance insights and intelligence for sales leadership across pipeline and closed business
  • Support building board, company meeting, sales meeting presentations and other important updates


  • 3+ years of experience working in Business or Sales Operations, preferably with some experience in a Deal Desk function
  • 1+ years of experience creating and/or leveraging pricing models to evaluate deal proposals
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce reporting and/or administration
  • Analytical experience with Excel, Looker, Tableau, and/or Metabase
  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Comfort with ambiguity and working in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  • An enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Experience in eCommerce or payments space is a plus
