The Data Operations Associate will support key operational processes related to customer implementations and member outreach campaigns. Responsibilities:

    • Assist in segmenting and processing target audiences lists and personalizing outreach efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Braze and Looker, providing basic implementation and data analysis support as needed.
    • Assist the customer implementation teams in onboarding new customers, focusing on the integration of data exchange attributes to ensure seamless and accurate data flow.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to map and validate customer data attributes such as medical and clinical activity data, ensuring alignment with product requirements.
    • Support the implementation, delivery and maintenance of data reporting and dashboards for tracking performance with external and internal audiences.
    • Collect and organize data related to customer implementations and member outreach campaigns.
    • Assist in generating reports that provide insights into operational performance, data integration success and campaign effectiveness.
    • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to implement execution of operational business processes.
    • Identify inefficiencies in current data integration and outreach processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Assist in bridging the gap between technical teams and operational teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Operations Management or a related field.
    • 0-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis or a related role. Internship experience in a startup or digital health environment is a plus.
    • Strong working knowledge of SQL is essential, with hands-on experience in data integration processes.
    • Proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Sheets is required.
    • Familiarity with data management and visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus.
    • Bonus: Experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable or similar tools is highly desirable.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
    • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
    • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and willing to jump into new projects where help is needed.
