At Versapay, the Analytics team unlocks growth and drives efficiency through data-driven insights. As our new Senior GTM Data Analyst, you’ll empower GTM teams (Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps) to make strategic decisions and drive optimal outcomes.
You will be the bridge between data and action, instrumental in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and guiding sales strategies. empowering our GTM teams with the insights they need to make strategic decisions and drive optimal outcomes.
Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you’ll leverage your expertise to uncover insights that fuel our GTM strategy. This high-impact role requires adaptability, collaboration, and strong business acumen to navigate the dynamic GTM landscape.

What You’ll Do

      • GTM Expertise and Market Focus: Become an expert in Versapay’s GTM strategy, target markets, and competitive landscape. Immerse yourself in the world of our customers and understand their needs, pain points, and buying journey.
      • Actionable Insights and Performance Analysis: Generate recommendations and insights from comprehensive analysis across all growth levers, including marketing campaigns, sales and partner performance, lead generation efforts, and revenue data. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Construct models that predict customer behavior and pipeline scenarios.
      • Data-Driven Testing and Decision Making: Create and maintain frameworks for evaluating GTM initiatives. Create and maintain A/B testing methodologies enabling marketers to optimize testing cadences. Design dashboards and reports that track KPIs, allowing stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data.
      • Marketing & Channel Partner Expertise: Deeply understand the performance and attribution of various marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media, content marketing) and partner channels (e.g., ERP, VAR, FI) to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
      • Data Quality and Collaboration: Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking across all channels. Work with Marketing to define and implement event tracking for campaigns, Sales to track lead progression, and FP&A / Revenue Operations to optimize forecasting.
      • Customer Journey Analysis: Map and analyze the customer journey across multiple touchpoints to identify key conversion drivers, drop-off points, and opportunities for personalized messaging and engagement.
      • Leadership Collaboration: Engage with GTM and Finance leadership to develop a cohesive vision, roadmap, and prioritization framework. Create measurement frameworks, including metrics, dashboards, and visualizations, that help measure the effectiveness and impact of GTM efforts.ndscape. Immerse yourself in the world of our customers and understand their needs, pain points, and buying journey.

What You Bring To The Team

      • Degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of proven experience leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions, ideally within a GTM or marketing context.
      • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross-functional GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations) by translating complex data into insights that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
      • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests, experience developing predictive models and forecasting.
      • Technical Competency: Advanced SQL skills, proficiency with Python/R, and experience with BI tools (e.g.Tableau/Power BI). Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
