PrizePicks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Daily Engagement Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will focus on driving daily organic user engagement through targeted CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.You will play a key role in executing strategies to keep users actively interacting with the PrizePicks platform on a daily basis, focusing on organic channels such as push notifications, email, and in-app messages This role offers significant opportunities for growth, along with a competitive salary, benefits, and stock options.
What you’ll do:
- Drive Daily Organic Engagement: Create and manage daily CRM campaigns designed to boost user activity, focusing primarily on organic channels like push notifications and in-app messages. This includes weekends.
- Optimize User Interaction: Develop and maintain daily engagement initiatives tailored to specific user segments, ensuring high levels of interaction and retention.
- Track, Analyze, and Improve: Monitor the performance of daily, track engagement trends, and provide insights to continuously improve engagement strategies.
- Collaborate on Multi-Channel Campaigns: Work with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving daily activity and retaining users, ensuring campaign cohesion across CRM, email, and organic channels.
- A/B Testing and Segmentation: Support A/B testing efforts and help refine campaign segmentation to identify the most effective strategies for daily user engagement.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to discover new strategies and opportunities for enhancing daily user engagement.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with departments like product, design, and analytics to ensure daily engagement campaigns are well-executed and aligned with overall business goals
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer, email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
- Basic understanding of automated CRM platforms like Braze or similar tools.
- Experience in organic marketing channels, including push notifications, email marketing, and in-app messaging.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines.
- Interest in the Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) industry.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience working with DFS/sports betting platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as MixPanel, Braze, Optimove.
Where you’ll live:
- Anywhere in the US is fine but Atlanta would be preferred
