What you will get to do on our team:

  • Engage intimately with our intelligence operations to understand the nuances of scaling operations.
  • Foster and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients, being their steadfast ally in all challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with our product and service teams to refine and enhance our offerings based on frontline feedback.
  • Contribute to and drive improvements in our operational processes.

What you will achieve:

  • Within 30 Days:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our intelligence operations and the mechanisms of scaling our operations effectively.
  • Within 60 Days:
    • Engage actively with your assigned customers, becoming a reliable figure in their security strategies.
  • Within 90 Days:
    • Implement operational improvements, deliver valuable feedback to our product team, and establish long-term, trusted customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven customer success experience, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • The capacity to act both as a team player and a coach.
  • A strong grasp of Cyber Threat Intelligence, operations within the intelligence community, and cybersecurity operations.
  • A background in the broader intelligence community or military intelligence is highly regarded and contributes to success in our team.

Base Pay Range: $95,300/yr. – $115,000/yr plus bonus
