Seamless is looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our Activation & Onboarding Team. You’ll be the first interaction post-sale with our users to train and onboard them for the first 30 days of their journey as a new paid customer. You’ll also conduct and assist with live training webinars, assist customers with business challenges to adapt to our platform and build relationships with the customer for a lasting positive customer experience using Seamless AI. The Activation & Onboarding Team’s impact on the customer’s journey is crucial for their success and retention.

What you’ll get to do every day:

  • Take ownership of clients onboarding, implementations and training.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with Seamless AI
  • Train customers to build their most time-sensitive workflows and ensure there is a clear understanding of using Seamless in their everyday work .
  • Empower customers to meet their goals and challenges
  • Present online live webinars, trainings, and one-on-one sessions to educate customers on the features of Seamless AI
  • Work cross-functionally with all of customer success teams on improvement projects
  • Be the voice of the customer and influence the product development team roadmap repairing bugs and new features.
