This is a 4-month contract, up to 25 hours per week.
Bonusly is looking for a part-time Customer Enablement Consultant to help support our Customer Success department. Our product will be growing over the next few months and we need your help and expertise to inform, educate, and support customers, which will impact overall customer value and experience.
We have the opportunity to make a big splash with our enablement content that will deliver value to customers and position us as thought leaders in a competitive fast-paced market.
This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career looking to build out their portfolio and gain content and customer enablement experience.

What you’ll do:

    • Update customer-facing resources such as the Help Center articles and short training videos
    • Update internal enablement documentation to fill in gaps and improve understanding  to enable the CS team
    • Create new help center articles based on product documentation
    • Edit and update on-demand content for a better user experience
    • Update customer-facing resources including email templates and launch materials
    • Modifying our LMS content into micro-learning modules to improve learner access to relevant content
