Launch: For initial onboardings, get eligible users using the application(s)
Sustain: Ensure users in each customer account are “Active” status or better
Build: Be a content factory, creating on-demand learning assets each month that can be added to the customer training catalog
Independent: Become an expert in People.ai products and be self-sufficient in creating new assets

Responsibilities

    • Dynamically deliver all live workshops for People.ai and ClosePlan with a high degree of energy and learner interactivity
    • Work independently and with internal SMEs to create, source, or curate learning assets to be added to the customer training catalog each month, ultimately decreasing the need for Services, Support, and live trainings
    • Own, track, and execute all operational aspects of live training delivery, including management of training pipeline, pre-training customer alignment, pre-work deployment, and post-training follow-ups.
    • Work with manager to create and maintain the on-demand content roadmap
    • On an ongoing basis, leverage data to continually improve the consumption rate and effectiveness of content by users, ultimately increasing overall product usage.
    • On an ongoing basis, manage and maintain content in LMS/CMS ensuring course content is reflected in systems of delivery.

    • Customer Empathy and partnership – listens intently to customers’ needs and can translate those needs into programs and kits that simplify the customer’s world
    • Data-driven problem solver — gathers and analyzes data to inform improvements to learning assets and the overall program
