What We Need

As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a highly motivated, charismatic, team player to scale our Service team. The Customer Concierge Agent position is perfect for someone who is looking to join a quickly moving company with opportunity for growth. This individual will communicate directly with our customers and provide solutions to their issues.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer service related emails, phone calls, and chat messages from customers and employees by utilizing a desktop computer and headset

  • Ensure best-in-class service in every customer interaction

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and partners to resolve customer issues

  • Help to translate customer issues into clearly defined feature and data requests

  • Handle small operations projects, as needed


Qualifications

  • 6 months professional experience, in customer-facing support role

  • Technology start-up and e-commerce experience a plus

  • Experience with marketplace and drop-ship models a plus

  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Humility and emotional maturity

  • High proficiency in G Suite

  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar platform
