What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Salesforce Data Management and Analysis  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce record, including entering new contacts, opportunities, and service contract requests.  
  • Support the addition of products and assets to Salesforce accounts and opportunities. 
  • Assist in developing account engagement plans using Salesforce dashboards.  
  • Assist with refining target marketing campaigns within Salesforce.  
  • Track opportunities and conduct regular pipeline audits to ensure data integrity and sales alignment.  
  • Internal Meeting Coordination and Preparation 
  • Participate in team and cross-functional organizational meetings.  
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings and preparation sessions for external customer engagements.  
  • Sales Tools & Research Support  
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ChurnZero, and 6Sense to perform customer research and support strategic pipeline development and targeting efforts.   
  • Special Projects
