As a Senior Customer Account Executive, you will work closely with some of Khoros’ most strategic named accounts and take responsibility for directing customer engagements. The successful candidate will understand the customer’s definition of business value and be able to challenge them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. You’ll be able to inspire customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies to help some of the world’s most iconic brands the ability to better engage with their customers. The perfect candidate is high-energy, with a strong interest in social business.
This position will be located in the United States and we are looking for someone in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
- Driving cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion opportunities within your territory
- Being adept at prospecting into large enterprise organizations
- Building strong relationships with existing customers
- Source expansion opportunities in new departments
- Evangelizing Khoros platform and unique capabilities
- Working closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and creating the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
- Must be able to negotiate sound agreements
- Showing a high degree of self-motivation and working well both as an individual and within a team environment.
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent); Masters Degree a plus
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales or account management experience in a high technology-based SaaS environment
- Experience growing enterprise accounts
- Experience driving transformational deals
- Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams
- Customer-centric mindset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in MarTech, Contact Center, and/or Community software sales is a distinct advantage
- Ability to travel up to 35% in region
The budget range for this role is $230,000 – $270,000 On-Target Earnings.
