The Account Executive role is responsible for driving outstanding revenue performance of our Creators through the LTK platform by building close relationships and empowering them with the best information, education and strategic recommendations to grow their business.

How you will make an impact

  • Work closely with a portfolio of creators to understand their business objectives and strategies, analyze performance of their LTK business and recommend tactics that will help them meet/exceed their goals.
  • Provide one-to-one, strategic advice based on each creator’s goals and progress.
  • Accountable for revenue retention and growth of a portfolio of creators including increasing overall creator satisfaction
  • Identify trends through analytics and make changes to the creator strategy.
  • Consult creators on digital marketing strategies, LTK product updates, industry trends and new business opportunities.
  • Deliver concise creator feedback to the LTK product, social, brand and MKTG teams
  • Educate creators on the current state of creator marketing.
  • Educate internal LTK colleagues on creator trends and behaviors.
  • Work closely with the manager to improve day to day processes and gain efficiency whenever possible.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 2+ years experience in sales/account management role with a heavy focus on hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Advanced at driving enhanced performance for creators providing best practices and strategic tips
  • Strong experience holding a quota and demonstrating an unwavering hunger to exceed growth targets and achieve ambitious goals
  • Possess a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
  • Operates with a deep, empathetic understanding of our creator customer.
  • Natural self-starter, excited to manage and continue building world-class scalable operations at a high growth company.
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills.
  • Analytical approach to decision making. Skilled in using, reading and analyzing information.
  • Strong empathy for customers; employs a customer approach at all times.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree. Preference for in business, marketing or communications.
  • Preferred: experience consulting and working closely with creators
  • Ability to translate and communicate an advanced level understanding of LTK.
  • CRM Platform experience in Hubspot or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations.
  • Acute attention to detail, allowing you to think big, adapt quickly, and act fast.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) and presentation skills.
  • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
