Creative Design Strategist will be responsible for delivering cohesive, brand-specific creative that appeals to target consumers and delivers on brief objectives across all of TheGuarantors’ consumer products brands. This designer role means you can work across the design process to bring to life both current and future products, services, and experiences.
As our Creative Design Strategist you will work on everything from email campaigns to pitch decks, and will be expected to get your hands dirty while bringing a lens of human-centered design to content development discussions.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

    • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
    • Work with several departments, including marketing, sales, and the executive team to create assets like sales decks, flyer designs, conference designs, swag, and other digital assets
    • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
    • Work with the Art Director to establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
    • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
    • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Why We’ll Love You

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in design
    • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
    • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Figma, and other graphic design software
    • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent eye for detail

Bonus Points

    • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
