As the Corporate Sales Associate at AvantStay, you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Travel Associate in planning and executing an integrated strategy that supports the brand vision and business objectives. As a member of the Partnerships team, you will help maintain our corporate loyalty vertical. You will manage and help retain/grow our pipeline of meaningful partnerships to support the growth of our B2B initiatives, such as positioning AvantStay as the go-to hospitality brand for corporate retreats and events. We are looking for someone who can quickly build rapport with new and current relationships. We want a self starter who is eager to learn and grow within the team. Someone who can bring commitment, initiative and professionalism to partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Report to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with all members of the team.
  • Vet inbound sales inquiries and host initial sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close corporate bookings and reservations
  • Maintain CRM, proper tracking and metrics for corporate booking
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like Operations, Concierge, Customer Experience to ensure a seamless corporate guest experience
  • Proficiently work successfully across relevant systems including but not limited to Kustomer, SalesForce, Dashboard and Streamline

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 1-2+ years experience in Sales and hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
  • Tech, Event or  experience is a plus
