As an Implementation Program Manager, you will leverage your leadership expertise to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives for our Corporate Accounts. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Implementation, you will work closely with cross-functional business units to customize our implementation experience. An ideal candidate is flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing role, has clear and balanced communication, and is eager to learn and grow.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Manage key implementation objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria in collaboration with the corporate group and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure risks are accounted for, documented, and that an appropriate risk management process is in place and followed appropriately
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date on progress, potential risks, and delays, etc.
  • Anticipate issues and delays that may occur and put contingency plans in place as appropriate
  • Respond to issues, challenges, and concerns that arise during the implementation, challenging and pushing back as needed
  • Explain complex issues and work with others to reach a consensus to achieve objectives/success criteria
  • Perform regular analysis of success metrics and determine if changes are needed and present findings to the corporate group

About You

  • 3+ years experience in SaaS implementation, program management, project management, or customer success
  • Experience in effectively influencing internal and external stakeholders with varying points of view
  • People-oriented and able to quickly establish effective working relationships with team members
  • Experience in Salesforce, Zendesk, Totango, or similar software
  • Experience in veterinary technology and/or corporate software implementation
  • Excellent skills in drafting presentations, reports, communications, and other deliverables
  • Proactive, timely, and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills, as well as flexibility and adaptability concerning workplace culture, scope change, and concurrent project assignments
