Cribl is looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist to join our growing team and help drive internal and external communications initiatives.

This role will help create and implement employee and recruiting communications and programs, develop content in partnership with our PR and content teams, and support other company-wide communications initiatives to drive engagement, align teams, and shape our culture. This role will serve as the strategic communications liaison between Marketing and internal teams (including People, Employee Experience, Strategy and Operations, and Content teams). The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communications plans, strong writing skills, and ability to think strategically and deliver tactical results. This position reports to the Director of Communications.

 

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Help create a best-in-class internal communications function across the organization to drive employee engagement and influence connectivity and culture
  • Develop communications materials across a variety of channels (newsletters, all hands meetings, intranet, social, and blog) to articulate key messages
  • Ensure employee communications and materials are high quality, accurate, informative and engaging
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal and recruiting materials
  • Utilize tools to measure effectiveness of communications programs with the goal of continuously improving communications strategy and employee engagement
  • Assist in external communications efforts, including researching and writing press releases, creating content for company website and other marketing materials (contributed content, reports, infographics, and more), and proposing new content ideas to support company-wide goals

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 2-5 years of communications experience with focus on driving employee engagement, preferably in tech and/or in a startup environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, including superior writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively in large and small groups
  • Creative, self-motivated, and excited to be a part of a high-performing team
  • Extremely detail-oriented and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
