Content Marketing Strategist will own Lead Generation Content such as ebooks, white papers, infographics and more. This person will own the process from working with Product Marketing on messaging, to writing the content, working with design to produce it and then launching it as a campaign. They will work closely and act as project manager with lead generation to make sure the asset gets launched and monitor results.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Content Marketing Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Help create lead generation content strategy
  • Create white papers, ebooks, one pagers, infographics, video scripts – any content that can be used in a lead generation campaign
  • Write crisp, SEO friendly copy for landing pages, ads, and emails
  • Work with the lead generation team to create compelling content for ads, landing pages and all parts of lead generation campaigns
  • Create campaign action items for each asset and manage each part of the activation with the correct team member
  • Monitor and report on the progress of these assets to inform future content campaigns

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • At least 3+ years of B2B experience developing high-quality content in the form of ebooks, white papers, case studies, landing pages with an SEO and ops focus
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing disciplines, sales, design, and product
  • Strategic, metrics-driven mindset and a passion for the art and science of content marketing
  • Demonstrated record of successfully shipping high-quality projects with independence and confidence
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Ceros preferred
