We’re hiring a Deliverability and Compliance Specialist contractor to maintain ConvertKit’s healthy reputation and provide hands-on support to help creators reach the inbox of their subscribers. You will support ConvertKit customers and our deliverability in a key role that reports directly to the Deliverability and Compliance Manager.

We are looking for someone who is great at both analyzing data to solve problems and teaching complex concepts. They also need to be an excellent communicator with customers, teammates, and industry contacts.


Success in this role looks like:

  • Providing quick and high-quality support for all deliverability support tickets and escalations, typically 50-75 tickets per week
  • Monitoring all accounts to ensure compliance and providing support to customers when needed, typically 25-30 tickets per week
  • Educating members of the general support team on key deliverability concepts
  • Highlighting any documentation needs to help better support customers
  • Performing deliverability audits for high-value accounts, typically 3-5 audits per month


The right candidate should have:

  • Able to work in US (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific) time zones
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • 1+ years of deliverability support experience
  • Experience with the email deliverability landscape (mailbox providers, blocklists, etc.)
  • An understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • An understanding of spam traps, list health, sender reputation, and email compliance
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills – with an ability to communicate complex information to internal and external audiences
  • A creator-focused mindset – extremely motivated to help creators succeed by providing excellent customer service and education
  • Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
  • Have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values


This is a contracted position with a monthly retainer of $6,000.
