We’re looking for an Operational Risk Manager to continue improving our risk management framework and governance structures. A great data lover to track daily risk exposures and support reporting to internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll be doing


  • Supporting implementation of global TPRM processes to meet risk and regulatory requirements
  • Delivering training to all key stakeholders
  • Coordinating reassessment of Vendors on a periodic basis
  • Establishing and driving best-practice processes and governance across all third-party risk management activity in the US
  • Acting as an SME for the Third Party programme across Revolut US
  • Delivering fully compliant end-to-end processes about Revolut regulatory obligations
  • Supporting onsite assessments of critical third parties
  • Driving continuous evolution of all TPRM processes in the US, and working with banking entities to make sure compliance with Banking regulations
  • Assuming a Second Line-of-Defence role with respect to third-party activities (Onboarding, Due Diligence, Monitoring, Termination Plans, Off-boarding)
  • Being a key point of contact for third-party risk and reporting to various committees on key matters related to the third party risk management function
  • Leading projects related to the third-party risk management program


What you’ll need


  • 5+ years of work experience in Operational Risk Management or Management Consulting in financial services
  • Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complexity
  • Curious nature — never accepting of assumptions and a desire to fully understand how things work
  • Organised and methodological approach


Nice to have


  • Good, practical knowledge of IT Risk and Operational Resilience


Compensation range


  • US: $133,200 – $180,000 gross annually*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
