The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and finds energy in working directly with developers. You’ll work closely with our Senior Community Strategist and Head of Content to bring our community programs to life: empowering contributors, operationalizing ambassador workflows, and helping amplify the voices of our most passionate users.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our strategy and execution. Our Senior Community Strategist will lead the overall strategy, identifying the highest-impact experiments, engagement models, and community pathways, and you’ll help bring those ideas to life through fast, thoughtful implementation. A big part of your job will be going where developers already are. You’ll actively participate in communities like Reddit, Discord, and other external forums to build trust, engage authentically, and bring developers into our ecosystem. You’ll also play a critical role in building relationships with contributors and community members, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and inspired to keep creating.
This role is equal parts execution and relationship-building. Ideal for someone who loves testing ideas, building systems, and being in the middle of the action.
