What You’ll Do:
- Assist with prescription and lab ordering
- Respond to asynchronous clinical questions
- Review lab and imaging results and provide members with clinical information within scope of practice
- Complete clinical forms and paperwork
- Collaborate with external clinicians/specialists as part of referral process
- Play an active role in developing and implementing a member’s plan of care
- Support and participate in Quality Assurance activities
- Creating member education materials (library articles, clinical macros, etc.)
- Run injection training (group video meetings with members)
- Check PMP as designee
Other specific duties:
- PrEP navigation/counseling (education and counseling)
- EMR routing, including answering clinical questions as allowed by scope of practice
- Creating member education materials (library articles, etc.)

- After clinician results labs, sending contact to members
- Quest contact – result and follow labs, contact members, follow up with Quest re: outstanding labs
- Processing refill surveys and preparing refill charts for clinicians to review and send orders
- Follows and expedites referral process
- Checks PMP as designee

- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse groups, including diversity in race, ethnicity, economic status, and educational background
High-Level Requirements:
- Active RN license (Strong preference for RN license that is part of the NLC compact states since that allows licensing coverage across 35 states)
Salary: $95,000
