As a Clinical Care Operations Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency of the patient care journey. You will work closely with our Care Operations, Clinical, and Product teams to lead process improvement projects and ensure smooth change management. Your attention to process, excellent problem solving skills, and commitment to patient experience will contribute to the success of Cartwheel as we become the trusted mental health partner for schools nationwide.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical operations, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Clinical background OR in-depth experience in behavioral health operations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of facilitating cross-functional knowledge management and training initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly independent, proactive, resilient, and empathetic.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Clinical Care Process Improvement

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current processes, identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process mapping exercises to find opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate across functions to smoothly implement process improvements.

Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Regularly review and update knowledge resources for relevance and accuracy.
  • Support during transitions and changes by providing relevant information and resources to employees.
