The Client Partner role within the Strategic Fashion, Beauty & Luxe team is responsible for generating and growing sales goals and driving revenue across LTK’s offering for DTC Beauty brands. You will use your strong consultative selling skills, exceptional relationship-building skills, and cross-organizational leadership to focus on a highly curated account list. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships with top DTC beauty brands. This role is mainly geared towards new business development brands.

How you will make an impact

  • Meet and exceed individual sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
  • Responsible for setting a clear strategy and roadmap for the accounts and partnering with multiple brand teams to ensure success
  • Maintaining a high volume of weekly new brand team meetings, developing and creating proactive proposals
  • Monitor, forecast, track and report sales performance to senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Create and present persuasive data-driven sales presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Hone in on relevant beauty trends and opportunities to craft business cases that support any new requests and/or changes
  • The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced, outcome-driven atmosphere, demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills, adapt quickly to varying circumstances
  • A large focus will be placed on growing net new business for LTK with an emphasis on engaging and creating relationships with senior-level clients and agency members

What you will bring to LTK

  • 6+ years experience in a sales role with a demonstrated track record of owning and growing revenue. Strong history of meeting revenue quotas and acquiring new business
  • Existing client relationships with top DTC beauty brands
  • Experience in presenting C-Suite and Executive-level audiences
  • Understanding of how influencer marketing has evolved with an excitement to shape its future
  • Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with team members across business functions
  • Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell
  • Proven history of success in devising and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies delivering on a brand’s KPIs
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
