In this role, you’ll leverage your background and expertise to work with our biggest clients to drive change management on their path to automation and help them utilize Hyperscience solution to its fullest potential. You will identify components and opportunities for improvements in their governance, change management and value realization processes. You will partner closely with our Implementation and Customer Success teams to deliver value to our clients.


    • Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, organizational structure and value delivery procedures
    • Formulate plans and assist with customer improvement in all these areas
    • Participate through full life-cycle implementations
    • Participate in client workshops for value realization


    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in the technology sector
    • Hands-on functional experience and/or demonstrated proficiency in defining operating models and business improvement plans
    • Extraordinary communication skills and the ability to influence people
    • Ability to work with multiple customers and adapt to different cultures

Nice to have

    • Experience with automation and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
    • Ability to develop and execute plans to achieve future state needs (e.g. operating model structure with shared services, COE’s)
    • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand customer’s business problems
    • Proven skills as a team member on at least one full life cycle implementation
    • A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
    • Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team
    • Ability to exercise mature judgment
The target base compensation range for this role: $120,000 – $185,000.  Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives.  Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity and the benefits and perks listed below. Our Talent Acquisition team will speak more about our Total Rewards philosophy and approach during the hiring process.
