is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation efforts and drive the growth of our organization. As the CRO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s revenue strategy, managing sales, business development and customer success functions, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the executive team to align business objectives with revenue generation initiatives and ensure the overall success of the company.


  • Develop and execute the company’s revenue strategy, including sales, business development, and customer success initiatives, to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue organization, including sales, business development, and customer success teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Develop and manage the annual revenue budget, forecasting and reporting on revenue performance to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to expand the company’s customer base and revenue streams.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth and enhance the company’s market position.
  • Collaborate with product management to align product development and positioning with market needs and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform revenue strategies and drive competitive advantage.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue generation, sales, business development and customer success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue-focused roles, including sales and business development, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales, business development & customer success teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, with the ability to align business objectives with revenue generation initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
