What You Will Do:

  • Create and implement an integrated strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Drive the company’s brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to build a strong presence in the market.
  • Develop and manage an effective demand generation strategy that encompasses all the relevant aspects of the mix.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and strategies.
  • Oversee the design and execution of all campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and yield a positive ROI.
  • Develop, manage, and review the department’s budget.
  • Oversee the company’s events program, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
  • Establish and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategies in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in the fintech or Conversational AI domain will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A track record of being successful in a start-up environment, preferably in a company with <200 employees.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Rapid learner with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for AI + Banking and the high-growth Fintech AI space.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

 

Compensation:

  • Compensation is expected to be between $210,000 – $250,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
