What You Will Do:
- Create and implement an integrated strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Drive the company’s brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to build a strong presence in the market.
- Develop and manage an effective demand generation strategy that encompasses all the relevant aspects of the mix.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and strategies.
- Oversee the design and execution of all campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and yield a positive ROI.
- Develop, manage, and review the department’s budget.
- Oversee the company’s events program, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
- Establish and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience, with at least 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategies in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in the fintech or Conversational AI domain will be an added advantage.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A track record of being successful in a start-up environment, preferably in a company with <200 employees.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Rapid learner with a growth mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:
- Compensation is expected to be between $210,000 – $250,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
