The Channel Enablement Manager plays a crucial role in supporting and empowering channel partners. The focus will be on developing strategies to enhance the capabilities of channel partners, providing training, resources, and tools to optimize their performance in selling and promoting RapidSOS’s products. The goal is to ensure that the channel partners are well equipped to effectively represent and sell RapidSOS’s offerings, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the channel partner program. . This dedicated sales approach will lead to continued growth and success with our existing partners and position RapidSOS to win larger deals through an embedded approach to learning and providing value to the industry.

What you’ll do: 

  • Creating and implementing sales growth strategies designed to increase revenue with the channel, closing sales, and working on the recruitment of new sales and marketing partner
  • Ensuring our anchor partner sales team are talking about our products to the resellers and are incentivized correctly to sell RapidSOS product to resellers
  • Meeting with reseller/partners within the channel to foster relationships and moderate discussions between RapidSOS teams and the channel partners.
  • Collecting feedback from resellers that can be funneled back into product to enhance our roadmap
  • Ensuring that the resellers have access to all the resources and training needed to be able to sell the RapidSOS product. This will require working with cross functional team within RapidSOS – CSM, Marketing etc
  • In summary this role becomes the eyes on the ground, when it comes to the resellers of our anchor partners, ensuring that they have all the help and support needed to sell the RapidSOS product enabled by our Anchor partner

 

What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: 

5-7 years of Channel Sales and account management experience with enterprise clients

Strong written/verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel 60% of the time

Strong problem solving skills with a bias towards action

Experience with Telematics, Commercial security, Insurance or Automotive Industry is a big plus

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The salary range for this role is $145,000 – $170,000.  This role will also be eligible to receive equity options and commission. .
