Axon’s highly successful and rapidly growing Sales and Marketing organizations and capabilities require adaptable and scalable processes and systems.  Your problem-solving skills, technical expertise and , business acumen, particularly with the Sales process (forecasting, commissions, pipeline management, etc.) will come into play as you find effective ways to bring effective processes and technology to bear on our sales and marketing processes.

What You’ll Do

  • You will design effective business process solutions that support dynamic growth and improved customer experience.
  • You will understand external customer and internal user needs to ensure solutions deliver positive outcomes.
  • You will partner multi-functionally to solve business problems by eliciting and translating business requirements into technological and process improvement solutions
  • You will develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for Sales and Marketing improvements, determining what functionality is prioritized and implemented.
  • You will define program increments, accounting for new features, integrations, architecture improvements and allocations for technical debt.
  • You will ensure effective organizational change management practices are employed to drive fast and effective adoption of new processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with complex Sales processes, extra points for candidates with transformation experience or experience with Salesforce.com or other large-scale CRM
  • Successful experience with business process modeling and mapping requirements to technology

  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to communicate business impact of design, dependencies and process
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with others, lead actions, and adapt to change

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 135,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 225,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 175,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 313,000 in the highest geographic market.
