Business Operations Manager, Card

In your first quarter, you will learn the business model, industry, partners and major upcoming milestones for our growth. You’ll dive deep on fraud, collections and bank account setup. By the end of the first quarter you’ll know more than most about our bank accounts, and you’ll add to the leadership conversation by surfacing fraud patterns, recommending next steps and running with implementation.

In your first year, you will step in to lead, or help lead, projects with unclear owners and/or significant cross-functional dependencies, supporting the scalable growth of the Card program.

• Proven ability to build cross functional relationships across the organization, balancing diplomacy and assertiveness
• Willing to take the initiative to jump in and help wherever help is needed. You love to learn and are constantly looking to improve
• You have 4+ years experience with growing responsibilities in Strategy, Operations, Business Operations, or Fraud/Risk

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• You can fluently translate between technical and business stakeholders
• Experience in regulated financial services, or a fast-growing consumer startup in a cross-functional environment
• Experience turning large data sets into learnings, e.g. pivot tables, Looker/Tableau, SQL

Additional information: Salary range of $120,000 – $150,000 + bonus + benefits, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
